By creating an account or using planflow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
planflow is a personal social calendar app that allows you to create plans, coordinate with groups, and share your availability. Features include plan creation, group management, shared calendar links, photo uploads, comments, and push notifications.
You must be at least 13 years old to use planflow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use planflow to post illegal, harmful, or abusive content; impersonate others; harass or intimidate users; send spam; or attempt unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
You retain ownership of the content you create on planflow. By posting content, you grant planflow a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, display, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Your use of planflow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The planflow name, logo, and all related software and design elements are owned by planflow and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
planflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for content posted by other users or for interactions between users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, planflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using planflow at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of planflow after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
