planflow is a personal social calendar app that helps you create plans, share your availability, and coordinate with the people that matter to you. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
By using planflow, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information: name, email address, and password; optional profile details (date of birth, gender, city, country); profile photo if you choose to upload one.
Plan & Calendar Data: plans you create (title, description, date, time, location, visibility settings, and attached photos), groups you create or belong to, shared calendar links you generate, and comments and participant lists.
Location Data: location information you manually enter for plans (address or coordinates). We do not track your device's real-time GPS location.
Device & Usage Data: device platform and app version; push notification token, used solely to deliver in-app notifications; feedback and crash reports you submit through the app.
Analytics Data (optional, opt-in only): if you choose to enable analytics in Settings, we collect anonymised usage data such as which screens you visit and which features you use. No personal content (plan titles, messages, names) is included in this data.
We use the information we collect to:
• Provide and operate the planflow service • Deliver push notifications about plan invitations, updates, and group activity • Enable plan sharing and group coordination features • Improve app performance and fix issues based on feedback and crash reports • Understand how features are used and improve the product (only if you have opted in to analytics) • Maintain the security and integrity of the platform
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
With Other Users: your name and profile photo are visible to users you interact with, such as plan participants and group members. Public plans are visible to all planflow users. Private plans are visible only to you and the people you directly invite. Protected plans are visible only to members of the groups you select.
With Service Providers: we work with third-party service providers to operate planflow. These providers process your data only as necessary to deliver their services and are contractually required to protect it.
Analytics: if you opt in to analytics, anonymised usage data is processed by a third-party analytics provider. Data is stored on servers located within the European Union. The analytics provider does not receive your name, email, plan content, or any personally identifiable information.
We apply standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted within the European Union.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
• Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent at any time
You can opt out of analytics data collection at any time from Settings → Permissions.

planflow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
